Horace’s has been with Universal Machine for over 24 years. As a young man he started out working in the high performance auto racing industry where he received his supplemental education for metallurgy. After working there for 5 years, Horace went on to work with an International defense company as a coating specialist.Joining Universal Machine team in 1991, Horace used his background and hands-on experience to propel himself to meet and exceed all expectations of his customers in both food and Pharma industries.His attention to detail and years of experience working with pharmaceutical-biotechnology equipment and packaging technology earned him a number of commendations. He has a great ability to understand clients’ needs and his experience in the pharmaceutical and food industry support his sales comments. Horace has attended six sigma training and is a member of ISPE.Horace’s management philosophy is quite simple. “It really comes down to the basics. The number one rule is trust. Your word is your bond. When you do the right things in life and treat people well, the rest will follow.”His biggest priority is his family. Horace is an enthusiastic Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoys drag racing and hot rods.

Randy has been in the Packaging Machinery Industry since the late 90’s primarily serving the Pharmaceutical Market. He has worked with various machine manufactures from both Europe and the USA and is knowledgeable with numerous pieces of Equipment that comprise of a Line. They include Fillers & Cappers, Blister & Cartoning Machines, Labelers, Case Packing & Palletizers, and Checkweighers.

Siena enjoys Karate and Gymnastics and as a Family they go on bike rides and love playing with their dog “Champ” a Miniature Labradoodle.
